Thank you for your interest in the New York Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation Symposium (NYTEBA), a focused live-surgery educational symposium led by American Board Certified Plastic Surgeons Dr. William Lao and Dr. David P. Rapaport. The program will include faculty lectures, live surgical marking, two live transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation procedures, endoscopic instrumentation education, Q&A, and a symposium dinner. Registration is open to practicing plastic surgeons and eligible plastic surgery trainees. International plastic surgeons with recognized specialist certification or an equivalent credential in plastic surgery in their country of practice are also welcome to attend. Senior / Chief Plastic Surgery Residents and Plastic Surgery Fellows are eligible for the discounted trainee registration rate and are required to provide a current program verification letter. Registration Fees Practicing Plastic Surgeon (Board Certified or International Equivalent): $4,500 Practicing Plastic Surgeon (Board Eligible): $4,500 Senior / Chief Plastic Surgery Resident: $4,000 Plastic Surgery Fellow: $4,000
Payment is collected by credit card through this registration form.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations received on or before February 8, 2027 are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fee. A 20% non-refundable administrative cancellation fee will be retained. Registration fees are non-refundable after February 8, 2027.
The first five registrants will be granted live in-OR observation. Remaining registrants will view the live-streamed surgeries from the conference area.

Breast implants for the two live surgical cases will be provided by Motiva. Symposium dinner sponsored by Motiva. Surgical instruments for the symposium will be provided by Black and Black Surgical.

Cancellation & Refund Policy All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to nycteba@gmail.com. Cancellations received on or before February 8, 2027 will be eligible for a refund equal to 80% of the registration fee. The remaining 20% will be retained as a non-refundable administrative cancellation fee to cover administrative and payment-processing costs associated with the registration. Cancellations received after February 8, 2027 are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for no-shows. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Event Cancellation If NYTEBA cancels the symposium, registration fees actually paid to NYTEBA will be refunded. NYTEBA will not be responsible for airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, or other expenses incurred by attendees. Program Changes NYTEBA reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the symposium schedule, faculty, surgical cases, educational programming, or format when necessary. Such changes do not, by themselves, constitute cancellation of the symposium or entitle a registrant to a refund.
