Eligibility This scientific event is intended for qualified dentists, oral surgeons, implantologists, periodontists, and postgraduate dental residents, subject to availability. 2. Registration Confirmation Registration is considered final only after receipt and confirmation of the full registration fee. Completing the registration form alone does not guarantee a place. 4. Limited Availability Places are limited and will be confirmed according to registration and payment validation. 5. Scientific Program The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the program, schedule, speakers, teaching format, or venue when necessary due to organizational, scientific, or exceptional circumstances, while maintaining the overall educational objectives of the event. 6. Hands-On Activities Any practical or hands-on activities included in the final program will be conducted under appropriate supervision. Participants are required to follow all safety, hygiene, and organizational instructions provided by the faculty and organizing team. 7. Cancellation by the Participant Registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-attendance by the participant, except in duly justified exceptional circumstances accepted by the organizer. 8. Cancellation or Postponement by the Organizer ASDE reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event in the event of exceptional circumstances or if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In the event of cancellation by ASDE, registration fees paid will be refunded. 9. Educational Materials & Intellectual Property Course materials, presentations, clinical photographs, videos, and other educational content remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and/or rights holders. Recording, reproduction, distribution, or publication without prior authorization is prohibited. 10. Photography & Recording Photography or video recording of lectures, clinical cases, or educational materials may be restricted according to the speaker's instructions and applicable confidentiality requirements. 11. Certificate of Participation A certificate of participation will be issued to participants who attend the scientific event in accordance with the attendance requirements established by ASDE.
