Vendor Application and Participation Terms
Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed for event fit, product quality, category balance, and available space. Approved vendors will receive a secure PayPal Business payment link from Stimley Consulting. Vendor space is confirmed only after the full vendor fee is received. Approved vendors must submit payment within 48 hours and are responsible for applicable licenses, permits, taxes, merchandise, and booth operations.

Refund Policy
Vendor fees are nonrefundable. This includes vendor cancellation, scheduling conflicts, illness, transportation problems, failure to attend, late arrival, incomplete setup, removal for violating event requirements, or dissatisfaction with attendance, sales, weather, vendor placement, or event results.

If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or relocated, the vendor’s payment will transfer to the revised event. If the event cannot be held because of severe weather, emergency orders, venue closure, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the vendor fee will be credited toward a future eligible event.

No cash refunds will be issued.
