3RD ANNUAL STEAM FALL FESTIVAL VENDOR AND SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES All vendor and sponsorship proceeds support our goal of raising $10,000 for scholarships benefiting students attending college, two-year degree programs, trade schools, and continuing-education programs. VENDOR PACKAGES $100 COMMUNITY VENDOR: Includes one vendor table, three chairs, and one laminated 2-foot × 3-foot color banner featuring the vendor’s logo. $350 BRONZE VENDOR: Includes one vendor table, three chairs, one laminated 2-foot × 3-foot color banner featuring the vendor’s logo, and fifty white 12-ounce cups featuring the vendor’s logo. $500 SILVER VENDOR: Includes one vendor table, four chairs, two laminated 2-foot × 3-foot color banners featuring the vendor’s logo, one half-page advertisement in the 2027 AABE Houston Souvenir Calendar, and twenty-five white tote bags featuring the vendor’s logo. $1,000 PREMIER VENDOR: Includes two vendor tables, six chairs, two laminated 2-foot × 4-foot color banners featuring the vendor’s logo, one full-page advertisement in the 2027 AABE Houston Souvenir Calendar, and fifty white T-shirts featuring the vendor’s logo. SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES $2,500 GREEN THUMB SPONSOR: Sponsorship supports the festival’s $10,000 scholarship fundraising goal and includes recognition as a Green Thumb Sponsor. $5,000 GOLDEN GLOVE SPONSOR: Includes recognition as a Golden Glove Sponsor, featured placement on the STEAM Fall Festival agenda, plaque of appreciation, ten tickets to the November 14 networking and celebration mixer, catered food at the mixer, and two drink tickets. $10,000 PLATINUM POWER SPONSOR: Includes recognition as a Platinum Power Sponsor, premier featured placement on the STEAM Fall Festival agenda, plaque of appreciation, ten tickets to the November 14 networking and celebration mixer, catered food at the mixer, and two drink tickets.
