  • Menchie's FUNdraiser Guidelines

    Here's what you need to know before choosing your FUNdraiser date.

  • FUNdraiser Nights: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday • 3–7 PM • September–April

    FUNdraiser Donation: Your organization will receive 20% of eligible FUNdraiser sales made during your scheduled 3–7 PM event.

    Donation Check: Your donation check will be ready within 4 days following your FUNdraiser. We'll notify you when the check is ready for pickup. Checks must be picked up within 7 days of notification and cannot be mailed.

    Eligible Organizations: Schools, school clubs, sports teams, and qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.

    Scheduling: FUNdraisers must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance and are subject to availability, holidays, and blackout dates.

    Promotion: Menchie’s will provide a customized flyer and social media graphic for your organization to share and promote your event.

    Eligible Sales: All eligible full-price frozen yogurt purchases made during your scheduled 3–7 PM FUNdraiser automatically count toward your organization’s sales total. Guests do not need to show a flyer or mention the FUNdraiser at checkout. Cakes, merchandise, gift cards, and prepacked frozen yogurt are not eligible. Purchases using discounts, coupons, promotional offers, or rewards are also not eligible.

    Direct Donations: Guests may also make an additional direct donation at checkout. Encourage your guests to notify our TEAM if they would like to donate more. 100% of direct donations go to your organization.

  • In-kind Donation Guidlines

    In-kind donation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the requested pickup date.

    Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. Requests are reviewed based on eligibility, timing, available donation budget, and store participation.

    If approved, you will be contacted with information regarding your donation and pickup.

  • School Partnership Reward Options

    📚 Sweet Reading Reward Bookmarks
    Encourage students in grades K–6 to build strong reading habits! Students track 12 hours of reading on their bookmark, with a parent and teacher or librarian signing the completed bookmark. Schools and libraries may request one bookmark per student each school year, with an additional bookmark available after the first is completed. Bookmarks must be completely filled out and signed to be valid.

  • 🎨 Reflections Certificates
    PTAs participating in the Reflections Art Program may request certificates to recognize students who submit an art project. Please request one certificate for each participating student. Certificates are intended specifically for the Reflections Art Program and must be completely filled out by the school to be valid.

  • 🏆 Outstanding Student Certificates
    Recognize students for academic achievement, Student of the Month, outstanding attendance, positive behavior, or other special accomplishments. Schools may request up to 50 certificates per school year. Certificates must be completely filled out by the school to be valid.

    Schools and teachers may request $1 OFF coupons to use as fun student rewards, incentives, or recognition throughout the school year.
