    The Heart of the Community Health Fair will bring together health professionals, community organizations, and local resources to provide attendees with practical information and hands-on experiences designed to support healthier lives.

    Whether you are looking to learn more about your health, discover community resources, gain practical skills, or simply connect with others, there will be something for everyone.

    Cost: FREE! Registration is encouraged but not required.

  • I, the undersigned, do hereby release, waive, discharge, covenant not to sue, and agree to hold harmless Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated (“Delta”), its officers, National Executive Board, employees, members, the Orange County (FL) Alumnae Chapter and its members, representatives, agents, affiliates, and assigns (collectively “Releases”), from any and all claims, demands, and actions of any and every kind directly or indirectly arising out of, or relating in any respect to, my participation in the event — Heart of the Community Health Fair.

    My waiver and release of all claims, demands, actions, and liability shall include, without limitation, any injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss to me, the participant, which may be caused by any act, or failure to act, by the Releases.

    Additionally, I hereby grant permission for the use of any photographs featuring me for the purpose of promoting the event.

    I understand that, without limitation of the foregoing, the Orange County (FL) Alumnae Chapter, including its members, is hereby released from all claims that may arise from loss or damage to my personal property.
