PROOF AND APPROVAL: If a personalized item is ordered, a digital mockup will be sent for your approval. Please review all details carefully. Once approved, production will begin and no major changes can be made. 

PROCESS: Order made will be processed within 5-7 business days. Autoresponder email will be sent to the customer after filling out the form. The turnaround time does not include items that need to be shipped to customers. Once the item is shipped, Vonney's Custom Creations has NO control over when the carrier makes the delivery or any delays. Vonney’s Custom Creations shall not be liable for such delays or problems.

RETURN POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please check all products immediately upon receiving your order. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at vonneys.custom.creations@gmail.com within 24-hours of receiving your product. Returns are case by case basis, if a return is granted all items must be returned if a resolution is provided. We will not be able to assist you with any further resolution once 24-hours has passed.

PAYMENT METHOD: Payment method must be indicated on every order submission. We accept credit cards, debit cards, applepay, google pay, cashapp, and ACH Bank Transfer.
