    If you need accommodation during the conference days, the venue offers a reduced rate for our participants. The rate per night is 172,58 EUR including breakfast.

    If you are benefitting from a grant, the CDDF team will book your accommodation for the nights of 8 & 9 February 2027. Please book your own travel at your earliest convenience. 

    Please note that all other participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements, as well as travel insurance costs. The CDDF does not coordinate hotel or travel reservations and cannot guarantee room availability after the deadline. To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact the hotel directly.
