By registering for ๐๐ง๐๐๐ซ ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ค๐ฒ: ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐ณ, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. The registration fee is โฑ750 per attendee, inclusive of the official event kit and one chosen drink from the available options.
2.ย A 50% downpayment (โฑ375) is required upon registration to secure your slot. The remaining โฑ375 balance must be settled on or before October 31, 2026.ย Failure to settle the balance by the deadline may result in the forfeiture of your slot
3. Attendees who choose the drink-only option are required to pay the full amount of โฑ450 upon registration. This option does not require a downpayment or a remaining balance payment.
4. The registration form is strictly 1:1 โ one person, one entry, one slot.
5. Your slot will only be considered confirmed once the required payment has been successfully completed and verified by the organizers. A confirmation email will be sent once your payment has been verified.
6.ย REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE, except in the event of official cancellation by the organizers.
7. All attendees are expected to follow the venueโs policies, event rules, and applicable age and identification requirements throughout the event.
8. We ask everyone to help us keep the event safe, respectful, and enjoyable for all fellow fans. Any behavior that disrupts the event or compromises the safety of others may result in removal from the venue without refund.
