Start a return (US orders only)

Use this form to start your return, and we will take it from there. You will need your order number.
Please read our return policy before filling out the form.

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrived in more than one shipment, the 30-day return period for each item starts when that shipment is delivered.

Order delivered outside the US?

This form is only for orders delivered in the United States. For other orders, please sign in to “My Account” and go to Order History to start your return.

Did your order arrive damaged or faulty?

These are handled as claims, not returns. Please fill out our claim form instead.

Did your order arrive on a pallet?

Please keep the pallet. The items need to be secured to it for the return.
