2027 WI-AIMH Membership Registration Form
WI-AIMH is a professional home for those who work with and on behalf of pregnant people, infants, young children and their families. We are excited to welcome you into our community, or welcome you back!

For 2027, we are offering several membership options to support greater access and flexibility, including Reduced-Cost, Individual, Group and Sustaining Memberships.

Please complete this form to register for 2027 WI-AIMH Membership.
Your membership begins upon payment and expires on December 31, 2027.

Joining in fall 2026? New and returning members who register now will receive the remainder of 2026 at no additional cost, and their membership will continue through December 31, 2027.
Already a current 2026 member? No action is needed yet. Your membership renewal isn't due until 2027.

Individual Membership

Group Membership

For groups of four or more individuals registering together. You may register with colleagues or friends to receive the group rate; group members do not need to work at the same organization. Group memberships must be paid for in a single transaction.

Reduced Cost Membership

Available to full-time students and anyone for whom the standard membership fee would create a financial barrier. No documentation is required. Please select the membership rate that works for you.

Sustaining Membership

Includes the same membership benefits as an Individual Membership. Your $100 payment includes $60 in membership dues plus an additional $40 contribution to WI-AIMH. Your additional support helps us keep membership accessible, offer reduced-cost memberships and create opportunities for connection among infant and early childhood mental health professionals across Wisconsin.
