    Event Description :  Retreat at St. Felix Catholic Center, 1280 Hitzfield St., Huntington, IN

    Purpose of Event :  Spiritual Formation

    Date / Approx. Time of Check-In :  Friday, November 20th from 6:30-7:00pm

    Date / Approx. Time of Departure :  Sunday, November 22nd at 11:30am

    Overnight Accommodations :  Retreat Center provides individual rooms with beds, sheets, and blankets. Restrooms are communal, but youth and adults have separate showering spaces. Bring your own towel.

  • Final Instructions and Signature

  • Thank you for registering as an adult chaperone for our retreat. There is one final step after this in order to be fully registered. After you provide a signature below, you will automatically be redirected to sign a waiver for St. Felix. This is a required form that you must complete. After you have completed the waiver, you will be fully registered for our retreat.
