MAP's 2026 Holiday Market Interest Form

Important Information regarding vending at MAP's Holiday Market:

This form is for vendors interested in participating in MAP's Holiday Market held at MAP's Farmhouse located at 387 Massachusetts Avenue.

Holiday Market Dates:
- Thursday, December 3rd 3:00 - 7:00 pm
- Thursday December 10th, 3:00 - 7:00 pm
1. There is NO fee to vend at MAP's Holiday Market.
2. In order to vend, you must complete this interest form no later than November 1st.
3. Complete the MAP vendor application (separate form) by November 1st.
4. Completing this form does not guarantee your participation in the Holiday Markets.
5. Accepted vendors will be notified via email of acceptance to the Holiday Markets by MAP's Markets Director, Gabriel Montone.
6. If you are selling food products, they must be made in a licensed kitchen and you will be asked to provide proof of one of the following:
  1. Commissary Letter
  2. Cottage License
  3. Letter from the Health Department
