Cohort 6 of the Pauline Foster Women's Leadership Institute begins in February 2027. Over twelve sessions, including a Shabbat retreat, a cohort of Jewish women builds skills in self-awareness, trust, governance, and communal leadership.

Who should be in that room? The colleague who keeps getting pulled into leading, the friend who just joined a board, the volunteer who runs things without the title. We'll invite every woman you name to apply before applications open to the community.
