Thank you for your interest in the A&R Mechanical Contractors, Inc. Veterans Day HVAC Giveaway.

To be eligible for the giveaway, the nominated veteran must own and occupy a primary residence located within a 75-mile radius of Urbana, Illinois.

If you selected “No,” the veteran does not meet the geographic eligibility requirements for this giveaway.

If you selected “I Don’t Know,” please verify the location of the veteran’s primary residence before completing the nomination. A nomination should only be submitted if the residence is within the required 75-mile radius.

Residences located more than 75 miles from Urbana, Illinois are not eligible.

A&R Mechanical Contractors, Inc. will verify the nominated veteran’s address before a prize is awarded.

If a selected recipient is later determined to reside outside the required 75-mile radius, whether the nomination was submitted in error or based on inaccurate or false information, the recipient will be deemed ineligible and the prize will not be awarded to that individual. A&R Mechanical Contractors, Inc. will then proceed to the next eligible recipient.

Submission of a nomination does not waive or modify the geographic eligibility requirement.
