Hello, we are so excited that you are interested in becoming a part of the Ignite Dance Competition crew for the upcoming season. We are looking for team members who are ready to inspire and encourage the next generation of dancers. All crew members are required to work a minimum of six events per season. Please select all weekends you are available to work. Priority will be given to candidates with ample availability. The candidate must be available and able to work Friday mornings from 6 am to noon on Monday. Crew training is mandatory for all selected crew members.

Crew Positions
Emcee + Audio – Be the voice of Ignite by announcing each entry while setting up and operating sound equipment, including performance music, music between routines, and awards music.
Photographer – Set up and operate professional photography equipment to capture photos of every entry throughout the competition.
Videographer – Set up and operate professional video equipment to record every entry throughout the competition.
Auditor – Monitor scores, input awards, and assist with managing and supporting the judges throughout the competition.
Backstage Manager – Keep the competition running smoothly by checking in routines and managing the flow of dancers and routines backstage.
Awards – Prepare and distribute awards for every routine while also assisting with backstage flow throughout the competition.
Merchandise – Welcome studios, dancers, and families while managing studio check-in, Ignite merchandise sales, and customer service throughout the event.
