Player Waiver

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the player tryouts organized by The Borough Football Club, I agree to the following:

The Borough Football Club - Tryout Waiver

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that participating in football (soccer) activities involves inherent risks and hazards that may result in injury, including but not limited to, sprains, fractures, concussions, and other physical injuries. I understand that these risks cannot be entirely eliminated and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in these activities.

2. WAIVER OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being allowed to participate in football (soccer) activities, I agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless The Borough Football Club Ltd., its officers, employees, agents, representatives, and volunteers (collectively referred to as "Releasees") from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in these activities. This waiver includes, but is not limited to,
claims for negligence or other acts of omission by the Releasees.

3. MEDICAL CONDITIONS
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure I am physically fit and capable of participating in football (soccer) activities. I confirm that I have disclosed any medical conditions or concerns that may affect my participation, and I understand that it is my responsibility to seek appropriate medical advice if needed.

4. PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT
I consent to the use of any photographs or video footage taken during the activities for promotional or educational purposes by The Borough Football Club Ltd. I understand that these images may be used on websites, social media, or other marketing materials.

5. COMPLIANCE WITH RULES
I agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by The Borough Football Club Ltd and its representatives during the activities. I understand that failure to adhere to these rules may result in my removal from the activity without refund.

6. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.
