    • Pre-Opening Access & 12-Month Term: The official 12-month paid term begins on the club’s official Grand Opening Date. Early access
    granted prior to opening is completely complimentary as a “Founders Preview” and will not deduct from your 12-month term.


    • 12-Month Commitment: Founding Memberships are non-cancelable, binding 12-month commitments. Monthly dues must remain active
    and continuous.


    • 24-Month Rate Lock: Your founding rate is locked and guaranteed for twenty-four (24) consecutive months. In Month 25, renewal
    continues with a permanent 15% Founding Member discount applied to prevailing standard rates.


    • Sober Space Policy: The Living Room is a dedicated alcohol-free and substance-free environment. Members agree to respect quiet zones,
    wellness privacy, and house etiquette at all times.
