2026 Ceiling Insulation Rebate
One of the most cost-effective ways to make your home comfortable, regardless of the outside temperatures, is to add insulation to your attic. Adding insulation is relatively easy and inexpensive.

To be eligible for the rebate program, simply increase the insulation in your attic by 6 inches or more, within sixty days of a free home energy audit provided by HILCO. Upon verification of the added insulation by a HILCO representative you will be paid $300.00. It is that simple!

The rebate program is limited to single family homes, not mobile homes, with electric air conditioners and electric heating in place.

A HILCO representative must verify the insulation level both before making the improvements and after improvements are made so call today (800) 338-6425 and schedule your FREE home energy audit! Remember, the final inspection must occur within sixty days of the initial energy audit so don't delay! No payments will be made without having the initial energy audit inspection.

Limited to HILCO Electric Cooperative, Inc. members only and one ceiling insulation rebate per household and/or membership per year with the total of all HILCO rebates not to exceed $500 per household and/or membership per year. The ceiling insulation rebate program will end when all funds are depleted. Permanent residents or occupants may apply. Commercial builders are not eligible for rebates.
