1. ORDERS & PAYMENT
Pre Orders and Mail Orders are only confirmed after full payment is completed. Payment via QRIS and Bank Transfer (BCA). Unpaid orders will not be processed.
2. ABOUT MAIL ORDERS
All Mail Orders will be sent from Jakarta, Indonesia using JNE.
3. PICKUP DATES / MAIL ADDRESS CHANGES
Event Pickup Pre-Orders must be picked up during the event. If you wish to change your pickup date OR your Mail address, please contact me via email illustamsyopii@gmail.com or Twitter/Instagram DM @illustam in advance.
4. NO CANCELLATION / REFUND
All confirmed orders are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted, except in cases of missed Pickup Pre-Orders (see below).
5. MISSED PICKUP
If you are unable to pick up your order at the event, Mail delivery can be arranged afterward as a Mail Order with additional delivery cost.
6. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
All payment proofs will be carefully reviewed and matched with received transactions. Please ensure your proof is valid and clearly shows the correct payment details. If a payment cannot be verified, or if the proof is found to be invalid or misleading, the order will not be processed.
7. CHANGES & UPDATES
Any updates regarding your order will be communicated via email or social media DM (general PO batch updates will be posted on Twitter/X).
