The context
Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and DeepL are rapidly changing how we work, communicate, and create. While these tools offer new possibilities for efficiency and audience engagement, they also raise critical questions about copyright, algorithmic bias, energy consumption, and the preservation of diverse, authentic cultural narratives.
Who we are
The survey is a part of “Be Prompt!” project funded by Erasmus+ program and is a transnational initiative led by Fondazione Sistema Toscana (Italy) and Fundacja Centrum Cyfrowe (Poland). The project aims to empower professionals working in Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs) - from small museums, libraries, and local cultural centres (Domy Kultury) to creative agencies and digital content creators - to move from passive consumers to conscious, ethical curators of AI technologies.
Survey's goal
Before designing our training programmes and toolkits, we want to hear directly from you. This survey will help us map:
- how Generative AI is currently used in daily workflows across Italy and Poland
- the practical, legal, and ethical challenges your organisation faces
- your specific training priorities and needs regarding inclusive language, copyright, and AI governance.
Estimated completion time: less than 10 minutes.
