Metallic Berry 2027 Equine Contract

A breeding fee is required prior to semen being shipped or when the mare is released from our farm. There is a "1 year live foal guarantee" with this plan. Registries require complete information for any foal to be registered. You will have a 1 year return privilege with the same mare and same owner during next breeding season.

For shipped semen, there is an $80 collection fee, plus shipping cost. We charge $30 for box, which you can deduct from bill if box is returned in 10 days. All calls for semen orders must be received by 10:30 AM EST on the day you want semen shipped out. Late orders will be filled if possible, but no guaranteed. Our collection days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Pine Meadow Equine is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged semen during transport. Mare owner takes full responsibility to pay all costs on shipping even if semen is delayed.

Mare care is provided at Pine Meadow Equine. Please contact them for pricing. Pine Meadow also provides ultrasounds for $30/ultrasound and insemination for $30.

Pine Meadow Equine will provide Veterinary Care when necessary at our discretion and at the expense of the mare owner/lease holder. Pine Meadow Equine shall not be liable or responsible in any manner for disease, accidents, or injury to the mare or its foal, and the mare owner acknowledges that the animal will be on the Pine Meadow Equine premises entirely at the mare owner's risk.

2027 Breeding season starts February 15th and ends July 31st.
