Friday, October 23, 2026 @ VOE Elementary. Event will be held from 5:00pm - 7:00pm
Cars may arrive at 3:30pm to set up their trunks. The gates will close at 4:30pm. Please make sure you arrive within the appropriate time frame. Once the gate is locked we can not open it if you arrive late. **Please note once you're on campus you will not be able to leave until the event is over, and all the children have cleared the grounds.**

- Due to the saftey for our students/children no outside candy may be handed out at the event. PTA will supply each trunk with candy.
  - If you wish to donate candy, please feel free to do so to our donation box located in the office.
- Vehicles are required to be self contained, PTA will not be providing any supplies/elements. Please bring all supplies you may need such as a table, lighting, etc.
- An adult must be with the vehicle throughout the event.
- No political or religious advertising will be allowed.
