The Gift of CommUNITY is a community-supported Christmas outreach created to help local families experience a little extra hope and joy this holiday season.

Please understand that completing this application does not guarantee that your family will be selected to receive assistance.

While we hope to serve as many children and families as possible, the number of families we are able to assist will depend on community donations, available sponsors, funding, donated items, and the number of applications received. Because this outreach is made possible through the generosity of our community, we also cannot guarantee that every item requested will be provided.

We ask that all information submitted be complete and accurate so that, if selected, we can best match your family's needs with the resources available.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you understand assistance is not guaranteed and is based on available community resources.

SIDE NOTE: This application allows you to enter information for up to five (5) children.

If you have more than five children living in your household who you are requesting assistance for, please submit this application a second time to include the additional child(ren).

When completing the second application, please use the same parent/guardian name, phone number, and address so that we can identify both submissions as belonging to the same household.

Once applications for assistance have closed, The Gift of CommUNITY Outreach Team will review all applications and begin matching selected families with available sponsors and resources.

A member of our outreach team will contact you regarding your application status and next steps. If your family is selected to receive assistance, you will receive additional information about the program, important dates, and gift pick-up details.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or assistance. The number of families we are able to serve will depend on available sponsors, donations, and community resources.
