• Village Apothecary Vaccine Home Visits 2026

    We'll provide COVID, flu, RSV, and Pneumonia vaccines for home-bound and bed-bound patients and their caregivers for the 2026 vaccine season from October until December 1st. We will review each request and contact caregivers shortly thereafter.

  • How it Works

    • Complete the HIPAA compliant form here. Complete one each patient and one for each caregiver
    • We'll reach out to review and schedule the appointment within 2 business days.
    • We strive to schedule vaccination within 10 days of submission
    • We arrive 5-10 minutes before the appointment time and vaccinate. Total time in house is approximately 15 minutes

    Eligibility

    • Patient must be bed-bound or home-bound
    • NEW FOR 2026: Any patient where physical or mental limitations make vaccination challening is also eligible
    • Must be within 60 minutes of Woodstock, NY
    • We seek to make one visit per location; speak to staff if that is an issue
