Shared spaces are for two vendors. Each vendor must apply and list the name of the vendor they're sharing with. Resident pricing applies to each vendor individually.

We collect your credit card information now to place a pre-authorization on your card. This is not a charge. You may see a pending transaction on your account while we review your application; this is a temporary hold.

If we approve your application, we'll charge your card and send a confirmation email.
If we don't approve your application, we'll release the hold, and you will not be charged. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the pending transaction to disappear from your account.

Either way, we'll email you our decision.
