I GRANT permission for photos/images including my image/name without any other personal identifiers to be published on the Holy Cross website, newsletter, bulletin, Facebook page, or other social media outlets and publications strictly for the purpose of recruitment and marketing as it benefits the institution.
I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Holy Cross High School, its employees, volunteers, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of, directly or indirectly, relating thereto. All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration, and not by a jury trial, in the commonwealth of Kentucky or another location mutually agreeable to the parties. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction. I understand and agree that this release includes all Claims based on the actions or, omissions, of Holy Cross High School, its employees, volunteers, and representatives before, during, or after participation in any Holy Cross High School activity.
