Hi! Welcome to the vendor application for BAYSIDE MEDIA BLITZ, a physical media market at Bayside Cafe in Everett on Sunday December 6, 2026 from 11-4.

Applications are now open for ZINESTERS & INDIE COMIX WRITERS/ARTISTS! We're looking to fill 15-20 vendor spaces. Applications will remain open from 9/30 - 10/14, and final decisions will be emailed out by 10/18/26.

We're trying to curate a vibe, so please check that post for what our selection consideration will be. The guidelines are pretty loose - remember, your ENTIRE table doesn't have to fit, but at least a few zines/stickers/etc. should. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Sully (they are available to reply after 5PM).

HEADS UP: Because we're throwing a 1/2 zine fest, 1/2 record market, Bayside will have music playing throughout the day. It should be low enough that it won't disrupt general zine-ing, but I wanted to make all applicants aware in case you have any sensory issues with sound.

If you don't have a social media presence, but still want to apply, you will need to provide representative photos of your work. Click the button below and Sully will email you when they review applications.
Additional Guidelines for Tablers
- This event is all ages, but labeled adult content will be accepted.
- Applications will remain open from 9/30 - 10/14, and final decisions will be emailed out by 10/18/26. Payment via Venmo/PayPal/cash are due by Friday 10/30/26.
- All material must be YOUR OWN WORK or pieces you have the artist's approval to sell. Small presses, distros, are welcome to apply. NO RESELLING.
- Evergreen Zine Union events are a safe & inclusive space where everyone is welcome. We will not accept any vendors with material that is anti-LGBTQIA+, anti-trans, anti-immigrant, pro-ICE, etc.
- Political/protest content, satire, etc. is VERY welcome.
- Absolutely NO GEN AI content may be displayed or sold. If you're found to have brought any GEN AI content, you will be asked to leave.
- This event will be masking encouraged/strongly recommended, not required, but EZU will provide FREE masks for all attendees & vendors.
- Sully has a policy to not provide explanations of why a vendor was not selected. If you are not selected, please do apply again for another EZU event. The world needs your art, and maybe it didn't fit with the theme or there just wasn't enough space this time, but we'll continue to throw markets throughout the year so everyone get's an opportunity!
