2027 VAZ Awards – Award Nomination Form
Recognise a colleague who deserves it. Nominations open 1 December 2026 and close 31 January 2027. It takes about 15 minutes. You will need the nominee's CV (no more than two double-sided typed pages). No letters of support are needed. Use one form per nominee and per award.
