Yamyouw's Goods Pre-Order Pick up

Thank you very much for using my pick up form!

This is pick up form for Comifuro 23!

Pick up order will available on Saturday 31 October 2026 until 5PM and Sunday 1 November until 5PM.
If you didn't pick up your order by 5PM, your order will be cancelled and will not be refunded.

If you can't attend or late, you can ask someone to pick up your order but please make sure all the pick up data has been informed to the person who will pick up your order.
Or you can inform me before hand by e-mail or social media DM that you will run late to the venue.

Any invalidated information will not be allowed to take the order until a valid information/confirmation are provided.

How to pick up your order:

1. Come to FHB Circle A53-54
2. Show the person in charge your order invoice (screenshot or printed)
3. If all data are confirmed, you will get your order~

What will be rejected/cancelled?

• Different pick up information from order data base
• tempered invoice in any way
• late to pick up your order by 5PM without any delay heads up
• A table list without valid invoice attached

Payment Method

Payment's grand total might be a little different from the total in the form if you bought items that could applied discount. Please pay attention to the items you bought and proceed after the count is correct.

You can calculate your own purchase, or ask me by screen shooting your purchase tab (I'll count it for you), then pay in that amount.

Every payment will be checked to make sure everything are in order, including the discount. (payment receipt data that don't match any of my bank transactions (like name, time, tranfer bank, etc) will not be processed (mistake on transfer amount still could be fixed))

If there is an over payment, your change will be given in cash inside your package.

If there is an under payment, you will be contacted through e-mail and social media that you need to pay the rest of the cost. You can pay the rest in cash/QRIS when you picked up your item, but your item will not be packed. Which means if the items you ordered ran out of stock, refund will be issued base on the unavailable items.
