To exhibit his/her work or sell food products in the assigned space on January 16, 2027 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.• To offer only menu food items approved. The Committee will inspect each booth/display, reserving the right to requestremoval of any food item not pre-approved without refund. Complimentary coffee and donuts.• Vendor will furnish all materials necessary to sell his food. (Power cords are not to be connected to church building.)• Registrant hereby releases and forever discharges San Pedro Catholic Church, its representatives and officers and their heirsand assigns, event sponsors, and volunteers and any other individuals assisting with the event from any responsibility, personalliability, loss or damage in connection with this festival.• No refunds will be given for cancellation 10 days prior to event.• There will be a $50 service charge for all returned checks.• Inclement weather-No refunds. Fees will be credited towards the 2027 event.• Spaces must be neat and tidy upon departure.• The above named vendor, by signing and returning this application, agrees to the above.
