I consent and acknowledge to my child(ren) participating in this whole-school event that they must arrive at school in their normal school uniform. They will be instructed by their teacher when to change into the white or appropriate clothing that I will pack for them. I understand the event takes place on the oval (or designated space) between the end of recess and/or end of school day, and that I am welcome to attend as a spectator. I take full responsibility for my child's sun safety and will ensure they have a hat, sun protection, and their change of clothes packed is ready in a spare bag. Alternatively, if I choose not to have my child participate in any of the three options, I understand they are still expected to attend school as normal and will be supervised by a duty teacher to complete worksheets in a designated area. Finally, I note that the P&C does not encourage taking students home at recess; if I choose to do so, it is of my own free will as regular school day attendance in required.
