     This is a beautiful, ready-to-go Christmas set, so there’s no driving around, no changing locations, and no complicated setup. Just come ready to smile, snuggle, and get some gorgeous holiday photos! 🎅🏻🎄

    Your session time is held for 48 hours after booking. Payment of $125 via Venmo is required within 48 hours to officially secure your spot. Venmo is @HeatherAllredPhotography

    If payment is not received within the 48-hour window, your session time will be released and made available to another client.

    Once your payment is received, your booking is officially confirmed! 🎄❤️

    ❄️ Outdoor Weather Policy

    These Christmas Minis will be held outdoors, so Mother Nature gets a little say! 🎄❄️

    Sessions will take place as scheduled in cold temperatures, so please dress accordingly and come prepared for whatever weather Maryland decides to have that day. 

    If there is rain, high winds, or other unsafe conditions that make the session impossible, I will make the decision to postpone the minis and will notify everyone as soon as possible.

    If the session is postponed, your $125 payment will transfer to the rescheduled date.

    Because these are limited mini-session appointments, please understand that weather-related cancellations made by the client do not automatically qualify for a refund if the sessions are still taking place.

    Safety will always come first, and I’ll do my best to make the call early enough that everyone has time to adjust their plans. ❤️
