Digital Product Policy: This request is for custom digital artwork only. No physical product will be shipped. Because each portrait is personalized, all sales are final and non-refundable once work begins.
A first draft is typically emailed within 24–72 business hours after payment is confirmed, for likeness approval. Holiday volume may extend this timeframe.
