    Apex Athlete begins every Recruiting Prep journey with an initial Recruiting Overview Meeting. This gives the athlete and family an opportunity to learn how the program works, discuss recruiting goals, and understand the support and resources available through Apex Athlete.

  • Your recruiting journey starts with a conversation.

    Before beginning the Apex Athlete Recruiting Prep Program, we invite the athlete and parent/guardian to join us for a 30 minute Recruiting Overview Meeting via Zoom.

    During this meeting, we'll get to know the athlete, learn where they are in their recruiting journey, and talk about their goals for competing at the collegiate level. We'll also walk through how Apex Athlete Recruiting Prep works and how we can help the athlete build a stronger, more organized approach to recruiting.

    During your meeting, we'll cover:

    • Your athletic, academic, and college goals
    • Where you currently are in the recruiting process
    • Your athletic résumé, highlights, game film, and recruiting materials
    • How we help identify colleges and programs that align with your goals.
    • College coach research, recruiting outreach, and communication process.
    • Your personalized Apex Athlete recruiting workspace.
    • What is included in the 12-month Recruiting Prep membership.
    • Questions from the athlete and family and the next steps in the process

    There is no need to have everything figured out before the meeting. That's what this conversation is for. We'll help you understand where you are, what you may still need, and how Apex Athlete can support you moving forward.

    Initial Athlete Membership: $599 for 12 months

    After submitting your enrollment form, you will receive an Apex Athlete Recruiting Prep Enrollment Confirmation email with instructions to complete your initial membership payment securely through Stripe.

    Your initial membership payment is $599 for the first 12 months. After the initial 12-month term, your membership will automatically renew annually at $399 until canceled.

    If you have been provided an eligible promotional code, instructions for applying your discount will be included on the payment portal.

    Your Apex Athlete Recruiting Prep enrollment will be activated once your initial payment has been successfully received.
