Space size is 10' x 10' x 10' Height may not exceed 10'. If height exceeds 10', it will be considered an additional space. How many spaces do you need?

PARTICIPATION POLICIES
•BOOTH SPACE:
- All setup items, i.e. canopies, chairs, tables, battery operated lighting, etc. are the responsibility of the vendor.
- Canopies can be no bigger than 10' x 10' and may extend no higher than 10' vertically.
- All canopies must be in good condition with no holes or tears.
- No business may be conducted or solicited outside of your assigned booth.
•NO EARLY DEPARTURES:
- Vendor is required to remain for the entirety of the event.
•SECURITY:
- Vendors are responsible for their own booths, equipment, supplies and monies. San Bernardino County Museum and/or its partners are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
•ELECTRICITY and POWER:
- All vendors must provide their own night lighting.
•TRASH:
- You must see a staff member before departing event grounds for site inspection.
•SETUP:
- Check in paperwork will be given when application is turned in
•ALCOHOL & SMOKING:
- Anyone in possession of alcohol or smoking at the event will be immediately escorted from the event. No alcohol nor smoking is allowed at this event.
•USE OF IMAGES:
- By participating in this event, vendors consent that their images may be used for publicity including social media.

Please initial for each item:
-I understand that I must provide my own lighting for the event.
-I agree to clean my designated space before leaving the event.
-I agree to vacate the premises within an hour after the end of the event.
-Anyone in possession of alcohol will be immediately escorted from the event. I hereby give permission to San Bernardino County Museum staff and security to search my booth for alcohol at any time.
Art Vendor Agreement of Liability Waiver
Vendor releases San Bernardino County Museum and indemnifies all agents and entities of Event Management from all liability, claims and damages, including counsel fees, arising from injuries to property or self as a result of attendance, travel or transport to or from said event.

As confirmed by this signed contract, I agree to abide by the official rules and regulations of the San Bernardino County Museum. As a vendor, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless San Bernardino County Museum, from and against any and all loss, damage, claim for damage, liability, expense cost, including attorney fees, which arises out of, or is related to, or is in any manner connected with my participation with the San Bernardino County Museum. This indemnification provision shall apply to any acts or omissions, willful misconduct or negligent conduct, whether active or passive, on my part, my employees or my family members.

San Bernardino County Museum and Contractor have agreed to the above timeline and schedule. Should an amendment to this contract occur both San Bernardino County Museum and Contractor would initial it. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, applicable to agreement made and performed therein, and contractor agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable federal or state course located in said state for the resolution of any disputes between them arising from this agreement.
