    • I hold a current Queensland electrical work licence, I am responsible for the installation of the EVSE described above, and I have verified it is suitable for operation at 32 A.
    • I am satisfied that the EVSE, its supplying circuit, the protective devices, and the wider installation (including the mains and supply capacity) are suitable for continuous operation at 32 A.
    • At the 32 A setting, the installation complies with AS/NZS 3000:2018, the Electrical Safety Act 2002 (Qld), the Electrical Safety Regulation 2013 (Qld), the Queensland Electricity Connection Manual, and the manufacturer's installation instructions.
    • The information in this declaration is true and correct. I understand it will be relied on to enable operation of the EVSE at 32 A. It may be provided to the Electrical Safety Office, the property owner, or the electricity distributor.
