Dear Candidate,

Attached with the Candidate Application is this questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire is to help us get to know you better and to better understand your walk with Jesus Christ. Some of the questions are personal in nature. They are not intended to judge, embarrass, or make you uncomfortable. Rather, they are intended to help us understand where you are in your faith journey and to help support you during the Tres Dias experience.

As a Christian community, we affirm the following:
A. Our faith is in one Triune God—God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)
B. Gathering with and serving in your local church are essential aspects of the Christian faith. (Hebrews 10:24–25)
C. We believe that intimate cohabitation with a partner is intended for marriage. (Ephesians 5:31–33)
