EB EQUESTRIAN 2-DAY CLINIC & CAMP 📅 5th & 6th December 2026 Welcome to the EB Equestrian 2-Day Clinic & Camp! We’re so excited to bring together two full days of riding, education, horse management, guest speakers, connection and fun. This clinic is open to riders of all ages and abilities, with sessions designed to help each horse and rider combination develop confidence, expand their knowledge and gain practical skills they can continue using at home. Along with tailored lessons hosted by Emily and Tori. LIMITED PLACES Places are strictly limited to: • 20 horse & rider combinations • Only 10 camping positions available BOOKING & DEPOSIT A $200 deposit is required to secure your position. Please note that completing this registration form does not automatically secure your place. Your booking will only be confirmed once your registration has been submitted and your $200 deposit has been successfully received. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
The total clinic price depends on your selected package: Full Camping Experience — $700 - $200 deposit, $500 remaining balance Daily Return — $625 - $200 deposit, $425 remaining balance A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. Submitting this registration form alone does not secure your place. Your position is confirmed only once your registration has been accepted and your $200 deposit has been successfully received. The remaining balance must be paid by the 16th November 2026. Camping positions are limited to 10 and are subject to availability. The clinic is limited to 20 horse & rider combinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The $200 booking deposit is non-refundable, subject to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. If you are unable to attend the clinic, please notify EB Equestrian as soon as possible. Any refund or transfer of amounts paid above the deposit will be considered in accordance with the clinic cancellation terms and any costs already committed by EB Equestrian. If EB Equestrian is required to cancel or significantly alter the clinic, participants will be contacted regarding the options available for their booking. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Horse riding and horse handling involve inherent risks. By registering for this clinic, I acknowledge that participation involves interaction with horses and equestrian activities and that these activities may involve risk of injury. I confirm that the horse and rider attending are, to the best of my knowledge, suitable to participate in the activities selected for them. I agree to follow reasonable safety directions provided by EB Equestrian, coaches, clinicians, venue staff and guest presenters throughout the event.
