Vendor Booths are 10x10 and will include one skirted top exhibitor table. Vendor booth fee includes conference registration, meals, and admission to all conference functions for one (1) company representative.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE

3.5% is added to all credit card transactions to cover the cost of credit card processing fees. By submitting this form, you authorize the Kentucky Jailers Association to charge the above credit card for the selected purchases and the associated credit card fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We cannot cancel or refund any payments for vendor booth registrations. Should your company no longer be able to attend, we will transfer your registration and payment to the next KJA conference.

VENDOR RECOGNITION DEADLINE

We appreciate all of our vendors and sponsors. However, we cannot guarantee inclusion of company names/logos on any printed materials or e-booklets if received after November 20, 2026.
