2027 Brisbane Classic Registration Form

Register for our next upcoming basketball tournament. We will reach out to you via the email address provided with more details as they become available.
A separate form must be submitted for every team you intend to enter.

Details:

Date: Thursday 21st January, Friday 22nd January, Saturday 23rd January & Sunday 24th January 2026

Time: 8am to 8pm everyday of the tournament

Locations:

Boondall Entertainment Sports Centre : 1 Melaleuca Drive, Boondall QLD 4034

Zillmere Northside Indoor Sports Centre : 20 Cambewarra St, Zillmere QLD 4034

Entry Fee Per Team: $1500 GST included

Commitment requirements:

➡️A coach and/or manager over the age of 18 who will sit on the bench during games and holds a current Blue Card or WWCC card.

➡️A manager (who can be the coach) to

♦️ represent your team
♦️ organise team players,
♦️ input GameDay entry,
♦️ ensure all players/coaches/managers have AAU memberships,
♦️ coordinate uniforms,
♦️ organise a representative to assist with score bench (one score bench official is supplied by the tournament), and
♦️ facilitate payment of fees.

Player Eligibility & Age Verification

Age group eligibility is determined by the player’s age as of September 1, 2026. If a player is aged, for example, 16 on September 1, 2026, he or she is eligible to play the 16 & Under age group until August 31, 2027. To help with validating players, please use the Age Division Checker found on our website.
This includes all official AAU events during period from September 1, 2026, till August 31, 2027.

** First time to AAU - Elite vs Challenger - Which team are you? **

Elite focuses on top-tier performance, while Challenger offers high competition but is geared toward development and consistent play.

INCLUDE ANY CONFLICT CONSIDERATIONS - we will do our best to schedule games with your considerations in mind, but we cannot guarantee your requests. We are unable to redo draws for time changes due to the impact on other teams. Redraws will only happen due to team withdrawals/additions to ensure all teams get 4 games.
Terms and Conditions

Leaderboard defintion: Our tournaments follow the GameDay ladder structure defined as:
1. Win/Loss
2. Points Percentage
3. Head-to-head

Payment: After submitting your application, an invoice for $400 will be issued to secure your team’s place in the tournament. Deposit must be paid by 4 December 2026 and final payment is due 31 December 2026. If payment is not received by these dates, the position will be offered to another team. If a team withdraws at any time after payment, all fees paid are non‑refundable and will NOT roll over to another tournament.
