Shrek - Audition Application

BMOS will present Shrek the Musical at The Alexandra, Birmingham, from Tuesday 15 until Saturday 19 June 2027 - with a matinee on the Saturday.

If you are interested in auditioning for the show, please complete this application form. The audition schedule will be advised in the accompanying communications.

Technical and Dress Rehearsals

We intend to hold the Technical and Dress Rehearsals during the daytime on Monday 14 June. If you wish to take part in the show, you must commit to being available on that day.

Audition Fee

A non-refundable audition fee of £25 is payable to BMOS by 5 January 2027. The fee will be deducted from the membership fee for those who are selected to join the Shrek company.

Role Profiles

Before completing this form - please read the detailed Role Profiles Information Sheet on the Performers Hub. This provides the ages, gender and singing range needed for each role. Minor roles will be filled by those auditioning for principal parts.

Because of time constraints, you should apply for no more than two roles in the show.
