I voluntarily consent to my minor child’s participation in Mid-South Rodeo Cowkids Association (“MRCA”) activities and knowingly assume, on behalf of myself, all risks associated with such participation, including the inherent risks of livestock activities.This release is intended to constitute a written agreement extending the waiver of liability pursuant to the Oklahoma Livestock Activities Liability Limitation Act, 76 O.S. §§ 50.1–50.4, to the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law.I understand that this agreement does not release any claim or liability that cannot lawfully be waived under Oklahoma law.By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement and voluntarily consent to the minor participant’s participation in MRCA activities.
