Uqaab Guide, in partnership with Aban Tours, coordinates travel arrangements for tours to Umrah, Turkey, and other destinations. Uqaab Guide provides tour coordination, religious guidance, facilitation, and group support services. Uqaab Guide and Aban Tours act solely as agents and facilitators for passengers and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, delays, or mishaps that may occur during the travel process, including but not limited to matters involving airlines, hotels, transportation services, or other third-party service providers.
A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required upon registration to reserve your spot. This deposit is mandatory and non-refundable. The total package cost is subject to change due to last-minute adjustments, fluctuations in airfare, exchange rates, local ground transportation costs, hotel availability, service charges, or other unforeseen changes to the itinerary.
Uqaab Guide and Aban Tours are not responsible for changes, disruptions, or cancellations caused by flight diversions or emergency landings, acts of God, political instability, civil unrest, airline delays or cancellations, or other circumstances beyond their control. Passengers must contact the applicable airline directly regarding any refunds or claims, subject to the airline’s policies. Airline refunds will not be processed by Uqaab Guide or Aban Tours unless otherwise specifically agreed.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable airline and travel requirements, including passports, visas, travel documentation, entry requirements, and airport reporting/check-in procedures. Uqaab Guide and Aban Tours are not responsible for missed flights, missed program components due to lateness, incomplete travel documentation, or personal delays. Any additional expenses incurred to rejoin the tour as a result of such circumstances will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
No refunds will be issued for any unused services or portions of the package.
A deposit of $1,000.00 per person is required to reserve a spot.
All payments, including deposits and final balances, must be made via e-transfer, bank transfer, direct deposit, cheque, or another payment method approved by the organizers.
Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure are subject to a $1,000 per person administrative/cancellation fee, in addition to any non-refundable charges already incurred on behalf of the passenger.
Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.
Additional cancellation charges or penalties may apply where imposed by airlines, hotels, transportation companies, ground operators, or other third-party service providers.
Accommodation & Travel Adjustments
Upon making full payment, passengers acknowledge and confirm their commitment to the selected travel package.
Requests for services or arrangements outside the pre-set package may result in additional or adjusted pricing.
If a passenger initially selects shared accommodation and subsequently requests private accommodation, the applicable private accommodation rate will apply without any discount unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Airline selection, flight routing, hotels, transportation arrangements, and other logistical matters will be determined by the operator based on availability and operational requirements. Any travel, accommodation, transportation, or other services not expressly included in the official itinerary are the passenger’s own responsibility.
If hotel substitutions become necessary, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative of a similar standard. However, hotels and their services are provided by independent third-party vendors, and Uqaab Guide and Aban Tours are not responsible for the quality, performance, availability, or interruption of services provided by such third parties.
Transportation services within Makkah, Madinah, Istanbul, or any other applicable destination during the tour will be arranged as outlined in the applicable package or itinerary. The organizers are not responsible for disruptions, delays, or changes to local transportation services that are outside their reasonable control.
All participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including appropriate coverage for trip cancellation or interruption, medical emergencies, hospitalization, baggage loss or delay, flight disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation charges will apply in accordance with the applicable package and cancellation policy. Prices may increase due to exchange-rate fluctuations, airline or hotel increases, taxes, service charges, government fees, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Failure to make full payment by the required deadline may constitute a breach of the booking terms and may result in cancellation of the passenger’s reservation. The passenger may remain responsible for costs or charges already incurred on their behalf. Any extension, accommodation, or leniency provided regarding a payment deadline does not constitute a waiver of these terms.
Uqaab Guide and Aban Tours act as agents, coordinators, and facilitators and assume limited liability for circumstances outside their reasonable control. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, particularly for emergencies involving illness, hospitalization, death, trip interruption, political instability, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, substitute, or amend any portion of the tour, itinerary, services, or arrangements when reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, safety concerns, circumstances beyond their control, or changes imposed by third-party suppliers.
