Pharmacy Compounding Foundation 2027 Standing Committee Interest Form
We're seeking knowledgeable members for the following Foundation standing committees: Education and Fundraising.

Committee terms will run from January 1 to December 31, 2027, and all committee appointments must be approved by the PCF Board of Directors. Submission of this interest form does not guarantee a committee appointment.

If you would like to be considered for appointment, please submit this interest form by November 20, 2026 at 5pm EST.
