Agreement and consent
DIRECT BOOKING, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS Submitting this registration form does not automatically reserve a place. Alison will first confirm availability and suitability and will give you a deposit payment date. Your booking is confirmed when the 30% deposit, or full payment, is received. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat begins. For bookings made within 30 days of the retreat, full payment is required to confirm the place. If the balance is not received by the due date, Alison will send a reminder. If it remains unpaid seven days later and no alternative arrangement has been agreed, the booking will be treated as cancelled, the place may be released, and the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat, all retreat payments will be refunded. If you cancel 30 days or fewer before the retreat, payments are non-refundable unless your place is filled and paid for by another suitable participant. If that happens, your retreat payments will be refunded. If Insight Aware cancels the retreat, all retreat payments will be refunded in full. Personal travel and other associated expenses are not covered. Participants are responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance, including cancellation cover. Bookings made through BookRetreats are subject to BookRetreats’ own payment and cancellation terms. Prices: €1,175 private room and €875 shared room only. The exact March chalet is not yet confirmed. Room arrangements, facilities and travel details will be shared before payment is requested.
