• A complete list of clients you will be shooting MUST be sent to audrey@splitrockjumpingtour.com by the Monday before each show.
• Photographers can shoot current clients ONLY. No solicitation of services at the event.

• Clarify the client type (e.g., barn, brand).
• Designation must be made for the person(s) receiving photo access, which must be the individual(s) barn representing the client and not those that are only just associated (i.e. students or sponsored riders).

• Photos posted by those outside of those individual(s) who represent the client, must ONLY be made available by reposting from social media and/or any corresponding website usage.
• Any associated person(s) that wishes to gain their own access to photo(s), must be listed as a seperate client (i.e any students of a barn or riders of a brand wanting private photography services/access will count towards the listed client names.
• A full list of associated riders you plan to photograph must accompany the “client” entry (for example: ambassador/sponsored riders of a brand; trainer(s) and rider(s) within a barn)
