ImproveCareNow Board of Directors Application

ImproveCareNow is seeking applications to become a member of the Board of Directors. Learn more about this role and read the full position description here.

The Board provides fiduciary oversight, strategic direction, and governance for ICN. Directors serve as ambassadors for the organization and help ensure its long-term sustainability. The role is unpaid, but travel for Board responsibilities is reimbursable if it follows ICN’s Travel Policy. Board members are indemnified under ICN’s insurance policy.

Desired Qualifications

Financial, accounting, audit, nonprofit governance, fundraising or fiduciary experience (required)
Parent or caregiver of a pediatric patient impacted by IBD (preferred), OR familiarity and deep commitment to improving health outcomes for pediatric patients with IBD
Connection to an active ImproveCareNow care center or community (preferred)
