• DEAL TEARDOWN WITH TARL YARBER

Got a deal that's stuck, over budget, or keeping you up at night? Let's break it down.
  • Deal Teardown is a live show where Tarl goes through real investor deals and says what he'd do if it were his. He's flipped over 700 homes and worked with hundreds of investors over 15 years, so you'll get a second set of eyes and direct, honest feedback from someone who has seen a lot of deals. The focus is on your deal and the decisions behind it.

And you're not alone. Most investors think they're the only ones in their situation, and sharing yours will likely help someone else too.

What we're looking for: a property you own with a real problem to talk through. A listing that won't sell, a keep-or-sell decision, a contractor who disappeared, a low appraisal, a partnership going sideways.

    Before you start

    • Please allow 15-20 minutes to complete all 3 sections. Have your purchase details, loan balance, and rehab budget handy.
    • Answer as honestly and completely as you can. Rough numbers are fine, but do your best not to guess. More detail means better feedback.
    • Your property address and personal details stay private and are used only to review your submission. If selected, we will discuss what will be shared publicly.
    • Going live gives you the most specific feedback, because Tarl can ask questions and dig into your situation. If you'd rather not be on camera, we may still review your deal and provide general feedback.
    • Our team reviews every submission and will reach out if it's a fit for a full Deal Teardown with Tarl and go over next steps!
