Offer applies to qualifying NEW Preventative Maintenance customers who execute a new PM agreement between October 1 and December 31, 2026. Promotional discount applies to Preventative Maintenance services during the customer's first 12 months of service and is based on the selected service frequency. After the initial 12-month promotional period, standard PM pricing will apply. FITBENCH promotional drawing is available exclusively to qualifying NEW customers who execute a Quarterly Preventative Maintenance agreement during the promotional period. Tri-Annual and Semi-Annual PM agreements are not eligible for the FITBENCH drawing. One eligible Quarterly PM customer will be randomly selected to receive a FITBENCH package valued at approximately $2,000. The winner will be announced January 15, 2027. Additional eligibility, drawing, prize, tax, delivery, installation, and geographic restrictions may apply.
